Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By accessing growchurchhq.com or using any GrowChurch service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GrowChurch LLC ("GrowChurch," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia limited liability company. By using our website or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Services

GrowChurch provides church growth infrastructure services including, but not limited to:

  • The Street to Seat System for Sunday attendance conversion
  • The Launch Ready System for church planters
  • The Coffee with the Pastor relational growth program
  • Facebook advertising campaign management
  • Automated SMS and email communication sequences
  • Monthly Show-Up % reporting

The specific services provided to you are defined in your service agreement with GrowChurch. These Terms of Service apply to all users of our website and all clients of our services.

Payment and Billing

GrowChurch services require a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription fee as agreed in your service agreement. All fees are billed in US dollars. Monthly fees are charged on a recurring basis on the anniversary of your start date.

A minimum 90-day commitment is required for all service agreements. After the initial 90-day period, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days written notice.

All fees are non-refundable unless GrowChurch fails to deliver the agreed services. Ad spend paid directly to Meta (Facebook) is separate from GrowChurch fees and is governed by Meta's own terms.

Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of GrowChurch services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate church information required for system setup
  • Designate a Follow-Up Owner who will mark attendance after each service
  • Maintain an active Facebook Business Page and provide necessary access
  • Record and provide a welcome video as requested for ad creative
  • Respond to onboarding requests within a reasonable timeframe
  • Maintain a minimum ad spend as agreed in your service agreement

Intellectual Property

The Street to Seat System, Launch Ready System, Coffee with the Pastor program, all automation workflows, message sequences, and system architecture are proprietary to GrowChurch LLC. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, or share GrowChurch systems, workflows, or methodologies without written permission. The underlying platform used to deliver GrowChurch services is never disclosed and is considered proprietary information.

GrowChurch retains all intellectual property rights to content, tools, and systems created in connection with your service agreement. You retain ownership of your church's contact data and content.

Results and Disclaimers

GrowChurch targets a 40% or greater Show-Up Percentage for clients using our systems. However, we do not guarantee specific attendance numbers, revenue growth, or church growth outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your church's market, ad spend, team execution, and consistency of service.

GrowChurch is not responsible for outcomes related to your in-person guest experience, pastoral follow-up, membership process, or any other aspect of church operations outside the defined scope of our services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GrowChurch services to:

  • Send communications that are false, misleading, or deceptive
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to contacts
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Interfere with the operation of GrowChurch systems or services

SMS Compliance

All SMS communications sent through GrowChurch systems are governed by applicable telecommunications laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You agree that all contacts in your system have provided proper consent to receive SMS communications. GrowChurch maintains A2P 10DLC compliance for all messaging campaigns.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice after the initial 90-day commitment period. GrowChurch reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms, fail to maintain required ad spend, or engage in conduct that could harm GrowChurch or its reputation.

Upon termination, your access to GrowChurch systems will cease. You retain your contact data and church information. GrowChurch retains all system configurations, workflows, and proprietary automations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowChurch's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. GrowChurch is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GrowChurch services shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
