Start with seats, not clicks. Decide how many new guests you actually want in your room each month. That is the number everything else serves.

People come together. One yes is rarely one person. A planned visit usually brings a spouse, a friend, or a family. So the guests you want divided by the average people per visit tells you how many yeses you need seated.
